Georgia Ximenes Lifsher is a Brazilian/American actor, writer, producer and an award-winning filmmaker based in New York City.

Originally a California native, Georgia grew up in Sacramento CA, before living in Caracas, Venezeula from 2000-2003 and finally making New York her home.

As an actor, some of her favorite credits include, HUSTLERS (Dir. Lorene Scafaria), BOARDWALK EMPIRE (Dir. Ed Bianchi, HBO), THE LAND OF STEADY HABITS (Dir. Nicole Holofcener), WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT KEVIN (Dir. Lynne Ramsay), CHUCK (Dir. Philippe Falardeau and co-written by Liev Schreiber) and LIKE SUNDAY, LIKE RAIN (Dir. Frank Whaley).

As a writer, Georgia’s original one hour pilot “DOM”, was included in the Top 100 List for the Launch Pad Pilot Competition as well as being a semi-finalist for the WeScreenplay TV Pilot Lab, The Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards, The Richmond International Film Festival Screenplay Competition and was also selected as a Second Rounder for the Austin Film Festival Script Competition. Georgia’s newly completed short “SHANGRI-LA”, which she co-wrote and co-produced with her partner and frequent collaborator, Dylan Gary, recently one the “Best Made In Coney Island,” Award at the Coney Island Film Festival.

Georgia also served as a producer on “THE UNIFORM”, a short written and directed by Dylan Gary, which won several awards during its festival run.
